Sydney has a large tier of up and coming players that regularly place just under PR players and are only dropping sets to PR players or players in the same tier. We don't want those players to feel like their efforts are going unnoticed, so here's a list (in no particular order) of players within that tier.

Invisi: Invisi was next in line for 10th position on the PR, due to his consistent results at Sydney events. While he had an outstanding showing at SXC, his at home results led him to being edged out by Enn. His Jigglypuff regularly takes games from PR players, but he needs to convert some of those game wins into set wins to move onto the PR.

Bjay + Boundaries + Lunacy: Bjay, Boundaries, and Lunacy have all had good results at Sydney events, and have taken sets of each other, Enn, and Invisi. However, they all have too many losses to players within this tier which ruled them out for contention for a PR spot.

Zedi: Zedi has really worked on his game, with his general skill level rising throughout the entire PR period. He also has notable PR victories against Baker and Randy, however his regular set losses to players in this tier really held him back. Zedi needs to work on getting consistency in his sets against other players in this tier to have a better chance at PR next period.

Fontana + Doge: Both Fontana and Doge have had good results in Sydney tournaments, but their general lack of attendance at events has made it impossible to tell where they sit in regards to the tail end of the PR.

Pogo: Pogo started this period of PR consideration closer to the head of the pack of this tier, however other players in this tier have improved at a faster rate and started to outpace his improvement speed and, because of this, have a better record towards the end of the period.
