Yeah I suppose, but its very hard to avoid projectiles with input delay as well. and a bomb, boomerang or arrow can rack up lots of damage used continuously and youve vsed my roy several times in for glory :P[/quote]
only vrsd it twice tops in for glory, not nearly enough times to learn the matchup. and you do have to take into account that i have to aim the boomerangs and bombs.

Aim against a character like Pikachu sure. But Roy and Robin are very large targets lets be fair here, when you do something like a run away into boomerang and im chasing you... your very very likely to hit. I know this because Robin works the same (arcfire). Very large hurt boxes. I agree to combo into a killing move (like fair at high percentages) but it my experience, a close range character with input delay is at more of a disadvantage than a ranged one with it as well and I main a very close quarters (Roy) and a long range (Robin). Actually weve vsed a few times. i had a good replay saved of you before this patch I think. Its funny everyone says learn the matchup. Im not sure if that means which combos work or what.... because if it does I have no idea of very many matchups.
The point being... saying "it doesnt help that there was input lag" works both ways. Its just learning to adapt to it. And if you want to vs again in a few minutes (eating lunch atm) and hopefully not have input delay thats fine too. I just can never vs projectile characters for too long or I start to get a little disinterested
