Does it have to be a never seen before character or can we say a character from previous games? My vote goes to Wolf if he's eligible.

Can you see the future?
In December there is a Super Smash Bros. Nintendo Direct which is scheduled. In this thread you have the chance to choose a single new character which you think will be announced for Smash as DLC in this Direct.
If you can accurately predict one character before the Direct goes live then you will earn this Shulk badge after the Direct. They may or may not be playable, all that's important is that they are announced. Please note that you can only guess one character and you may be disqualified if you predict multiple characters in this thread.

To choose a single character, oh geez. Well let's begin my analysis.
Snake: he would be wanted to come in but the problem is Konami, KOJIMA and pachinko machines/ money. Even though snake was in brawl, it would be hard for him to return.
I think Wolf will be returning to smash 4 as he has been a staple character in the starfox series and a popular character of choice. The star fox team needs another character to represent it, just like how Lucas returned, because everyone wanted him back and a Earthbound needed another representative.
Others I want returned are Pichu for the lols, ice climbers cause they were cool, snake just because, maybe another character from Xenoblade. I don't know,

The most reason why wolf would have a higher chance of returning is because he already has a model but just needs to be revamped a bit, they can copy and past all of his voices and noises and stuff because they did that with shulk from xenoblade and another character I forgot about.
