Can you see the future?
In December there is a Super Smash Bros. Nintendo Direct which is scheduled. In this thread you have the chance to choose a single new character which you think will be announced for Smash as DLC in this Direct.
If you can accurately predict one character before the Direct goes live then you will earn this Shulk badge after the Direct. They may or may not be playable, all that's important is that they are announced.
