by down A do u mean in the air or down smash? i do try to use neutral bs but i just cant find a way to make them sync with my other moves and strategies. and i will use ftilts more. thanks for the advice!

ggs Skrill! I love how you approach with the Thunderbolt following you. Definitely makes me panic as I know a grab is coming and do not like eating Pikachu combos. That stuff stings. Great stuff!

Against my Villager, I think you gave me a little too much space. Sure, sending thunderjolts is fine, but I think using aerials to pressure me would have been a better choice. The gyroid usually eats up the thunderjolts and the tree just plain out stops them. The only thing I can really do against you fAir'ing into my shield is SH nair OoS, but I'm under the impression you can grab me faster than I can react once you hit the ground. Might be wrong though. XP
Against Ness I felt you were doing fine, but just needed more MU practice. My nair beats out some aerials, but not all. You do run in with a shield a lot, and that's a good option, but against Ness you gotta do it a bit more early because PK Fire, and it also baits me for a grab. If you shield the PK Fire (except at max range), you should be able to punish me as I'm still stuck in lag.
I recall landing quite a few PK Fires on you. It might have been around kill percentage so you were trying to get the kill, but that made your movement somewhat predictable. Don't get me wrong, you were great with your mobility, but just learn to time your shield a little earlier to anticipate PK Fire, because it's a decent tool for protecting my landings and chances are Ness will find a way to land it.
Other than that though, I don't think you did badly at all. Your Pikachu's great, and it will only get better with practice. Just try using more aerials at close range as opposed to resetting to neutral and using Thunderbolts. None of my characters seem to mind too much about them, but they definitely won't appreciate their shields being eaten up by nairs. XP

P.S If a Rage-powered Ness happens to get up from the ledge, and you're at kill percent, don't stop in front of me and shield. XD
