Alright, some things I'm noticing:

Ledge options are incredibly static, you're doing the same thing on the ledge, either jump off and up b, or ledge attack

You're not respecting certain moves enough, you're trying to punish some things that have low end lag and you're not doing it fast enough which means I just shield and punish

You have some very predictable approaches also, which I'm just shielding and punishing.

My main is a literal turtle, so I play very defensively, which tends to beat poor spacing and incorrect approaches. I don't have any pikachu specific advice, because I have no idea how to play that character.

It also seems like you don't know some of the matchups. For example, Charizard is one character you simply CANNOT sit back and spam neutral B, because I WILL just flare blitz you.
