You have to be hell fast for perfect pivoting. it's like 1 frame to dash, and then 1 frame to turn around.
I'm trying it right now with Lil Mac, managed to do it a few times. You have to be so damn quick! And by 'turn around', you have to like do it in a special way that you simply 'turn around' and not dash.

ggs mat no probs anytime :) i think your rosaluma and villager are your best characters and they have potential in general. you should really use your grabs more there were a few times you dash attacked me and i just shielded and fsmashed you. but your not terrible.

Hey Toki welcome back. Perfect pivot is all slidey and stuff. It looks like a weaker version of wavedash. The fast characters seem to get the most out of it.

Thanks for the comments and I'll definitely try out your tips, your ZSS is amazing with those combos. when you shielded I was trying to grab you but it was too late :P

I, too, hate it when Hotdog's Kirby crouches. 
There is also no such thing as not good enough to go to a tourney. You learn so much there people are nice and will teach you plenty of things in person.
If anything, one day at a tourney > a month on Wifi.
