Thems lynching numbers and I don't really see what Ive done other than not contribute to discussion. If you see my activity from last game, then you'll notice I was the same until mid game. I would consider myself a bad player early on so I dont really have much to contribute.
If you want my opinion then I haven't really changed my views from a day ago. I think Corvid is a safe lynch seeing as he hasn't had a very good history and would seem like the kind of inexperienced player to go after someone who was targetting him. But since were so far ahead, lynching a townie like Corvid wouldnt be a massive loss.
I think Insie and Murkiri are townie, I was just raising a point for others to think about.

Duon doesn't seem like he's able to contribute any more than he already is, so the only reason you'd keep a vote on him now is if you think he's mafia. I haven't seen enough personally to convince me that he is but if anyone knows something I don't then feel free to contribute.

I haven't really posted in the last 2 days because I've been busy. I don't mind people being too inactive around this time of year but I have tried to keep up on the thread.
I just assumed Duon was town on Day 1. I don't know why. It was a silly move.

On the off chance that Duon gets quick lynched or something I'm just going to reveal this now in case I somehow manage to get night killed.
I am town Bus Driver and last night I swapped myself with Mr L because apparently I'm allowed to use the power on myself in this game.
The reason I picked Mr L is because I determined he was one of the least likely players to be maf killed/ vigilanted / serial killed etc.
Reason being for this was that I noticed he was contributing with posts but flying under the radar by deflecting talk out to other towns people. In the back of my mind I thought he could be a potential mafia player too but I didn't have any solid reads. Yes I was referring to Lumi from QLD. In not saying they're maf, just I'm suss of them for name dropping me when the day started while no one else (except Dean who makes mention of everything everyone posts most of the time) was interested in perusing it. bijou, the main reason i went for a semi-hard read on you was because i'm looking hard for and intend on bringing up the players who try and take control of the town narrative. i believe pretty wholeheartedly that last game was lost cause too many anti-town factions were involved in the main discussion and swayed it towards just taking out 'bad' players - after lachlan was lynched, i went back and had a look and saw you were one of the first people to start the 'arsonist' bandwagon that multiple people jumped on. you'd been posting a lot and while I did mention you were pro-town I figured it'd be best to still gauge other people's thoughts on you so i brought up the possibility to see what everyone else thought.

Without wishing to look like I'm aligning with Duon, his claims appear to be pretty legit to me. Ghost may be able to confirm if his actions were blocked last night potentially to confirm.

That's fair mate, can't argue with your logic. The last game it was pretty much just Ghost leading the town and the other 3 members were flying under the radar/not posting much at all.
As a thought, usually the games are fairly balanced in terms of who is mafia by the way. Usually you get 1 'good' player, two middle tier players and a poorer player assuming 4 mafia.
This game I think there are either 4-5 mafia. 4 main faction and if there is a 5th they're likely to be tratoir.
It's interesting that I was targeted during the night phase though, given how pro town I was playing it was a huge risk to try kill me with so many town power roles that could have protected me. Maybe they went for a strongman assuming it was mafia that targeted me and not a third party.
Anyway what was the logic of taking me out do you reckon? Did they want to take out a 'strong' player or was it strategic to cast suspicion onto someone else for an easy lynch?
Personally if I was maf I would have targeted one of the historically strong players who was least likely to get any protection. Invisi would have been my top pick for that. It's interesting he didn't get targeted. Anyway going back to the theory that the mafia will have at least one 'top tier' player on their team I'll narrow it down a bit. In my opinion the top 5 players in this game based on past performances are probably Dean, Ghostbone, Maribro, Invisi and myself (however there are a lot of other really strong players such as Extra and Lumi who haven't participated very much in any prior QLDsmash games).
Of these 'top players' I believe that Maribro is likely to be town. In the game I played with him I was in his mafia faction and regardless of what he believes he played that game completely differently to how he normally does when he's town. This game so far I believe he is playing like he does when he is town.
Next is Ghostbone who I find difficult to read, however having modded the last game when he was a mafia member I feel like he was playing much more aggressively and taking control of the town than he has been doing so far in this game, so at the moment I'm reading him as likely to be town. Since Duon is saying he Jailed him last night there is a possibility he might be a third party killer.
Going onto Dean I find him even more difficult to read than Ghost. I don't think I'll ever be able to get a clean read on Dean, he's an insanely good player and I hope that he's part of the town. I feel like he probably is town at this stage but he could be playing us seriously hard.
Obviously I know what my role is so I know that I'm town (but whether or not you all want to believe that is completely up to you guy).
Which leaves just Invisi who I believe has a few suss things against him. The fact that he doesn't appear to have night targeted I believe is slightly suspicious when you factor in that the mafia will have a 'top tier' player on their team. In addition to that though as someone else pointed out he was a part of the lynch train in day 1 and also changed his mind again very quickly. I'm not saying he's mafia for sure but at the moment I think I'd like to hear a bit more from him as he has been kind of questionable so far and hasn't contributed much to the day's discussions besides his post on page 19 where he briefly addressed some of the criticism in his direction. He didn't really direct any fire towards me during the day phase so far though so I might be wrong.
Of course this theory only really holds water if I'm accurate in saying the game is balanced by the mods and that my picks for the higher end players are also accurate. I think there are plenty of other really strong players in this game besides those that I mentioned.

I agree with the people you mentioned as being the top players in this game. I would say JLo is in that group as well but since he hasn't been in a game on Qld smash in a while I don't think Aero and Rhyno would put him as the top player. He would probably be considered in the same tier as Lumi and Extra if he were to be mafia.
If Ghost confirms that he was role blocked then I'm not too sure who would be the best person to pressure next but I'll try to get a list up tomorrow of my thoughts on each player.
